HESSEQUA NEWS & VIDEO - The wildfire remains under control. Firefighters attended to several spots close to the wildfire perimeter throughout the night until this morning.

Mopping-up, including flushing of scratch lines will be implemented around fire lines on the north, west and southern lines.

Strong winds are predicted for later this afternoon. Ground crews will be on high alert. 

Aerial assistance is on standby close to the scene.
