HESSEQUA NEWS - The major flare up that occurred earlier this afternoon has been brought under control.
Crews of GRDM Fire Services and Working-on-Fire are currently busy with mopping up operations.
The night shift crew of GRDM Fire will continue performing mopping up operations throughout the night.
Current weather conditions are mild, however the crew will remain on high alert for the risk of the wind picking up.
Roleplayers: GRDM Fire Services, Hessequa Municipal Fire Services, Local neighbouring landowners and Working-on-Fire Ground Crews and SCFPA Proto team.
