HEIDELBERG NUUSFLITS - Ancha Adams won silver at the Karate South Africa (KSA) Cape Town League that was held on Friday 13 July and Saturday 14 July.
While competing for the gold medal she unfortunately got injured and now has to undergo physio therapy.
She represented Western Cape Province at the championships.
Adams won silver in kumite in the +47 kg, Girls 12-13 years division.
