Adrian Ronald (28) said he could not believe his eyes when he saw a young boy sitting in the driver’s seat at the intersection of Hennie Alberts and Delphinium Streets on November 6 at about 20:00.
Ronald said he was heading towards the McDonald’s restaurant to treat his son, Logan, and wife, Kelly, when he noticed the maroon coloured Toyota Tazz kept on stalling.
“The traffic light’s arrow was indicating that we could turn right. When the vehicle stalled the first time, I did not really think anything of it as everyone stalls at some time,” Ronald said.
But when the vehicle stalled a second time, he detected that something might be amiss.
