Dylan Frick (24) van die Strand het die sewende Pili Pili Whale of a Race standup paddling-kompetisie in Witsand vir die sesde keer gewen. “Die enigste keer wat hy nie gewen het nie, was toe hy verlede jaar nie deelgeneem het nie,” sê Theuns Swanepoel, mede-eienaar van die Pili Pili-restaurant hier en in Sedgefield wat die kompetisie aanbied.
