SPORT NEWS - Spectators had a superb time at the IBF South Cape Spring Classic bodybuilding competition last weekend.
Mossel Bay played host to this event for the third consecutive year at the Diaz Beach Hotel and Resort.

Winners walked away with generously sponsored supplements and cash prizes.
The winners include:
- Under 75kg - Christopher Kutcher
- Novice over 75kg - Hein Stander
- Disability - Hein Stander
- Women's Overall (Miss Beach Bikini and Fitness Model) - Drieske Marais
- Women's Overall (Ms Wellness, Ms Fitness) - Anjonica Laws
- Men's Overall (Mr Physique, Mr Fitness, Mr Muscle Model) - Wynand Ferreira
- Men's Overall (Bodybuilding) - Oliver Hart
