STILBAAI NEWS - Badminton is a fast paced Olympic sport. It can be played as an individual or as a team.

Because badminton is an indoor sport, it is not weather dependent.
The Eden Badminton federation is a young federation. There is a strong will to develop and grow the sport in all age groups. Many opportunities are planned to compete with other towns in the area, as well as on provincial level.
"Our aim is to introduce the game of badminton to young and old with Stilbaai Shuttle Time, which includes 22 lessons. The first lesson is on 2 February and thereafter every Monday and Wednesday from 16:00 to 16:45," said Ursula van Huyssteen.
If you already know how to play - become a member of Stilbaai Badminton Club: Mondays and Wednesdays - junior and beginner badminton from 16:45 - 17:30 and senior badminton from 17:30 to 19:30.
