N12 attack: Suspect in custody
Justin and his daughter Eden, both were in the vehicle when Caden was struck by a brick. Caden is still in a coma after the attack on the family.
NATIONAL NEWS - A suspect has been brought in for questioning in connection with the brick throwing incident on the N12, Alberton.

The incident took place on April 30, where a pedestrian on the side of the N12 West threw bricks at passing cars.

Two passengers, in separate cars, were struck by the bricks and severely injured.

Caden Slabbert, a primary school student, was one of the victims injured during the attack. He was in a medically induced coma after the incident and is being treated in the Clinton Hospital.

The second victim, Marionette Schwab, is also being treated for severe injuries to her head.
