HESSEQUA NEWS - Be warned Hessequa residents: all prepaid electricity meters are required to be reset by 24 November 2024 to continue purchasing prepaid electricity.
Hessequa Municipality has 12,364 prepaid electricity meters of which 11,983 meters have been successfully reset whilst 381 meters are still required to be reset.
Property owners are urged to provide the municipality with access to the meter or alternatively to obtain the reset tokens if they are aware that their prepaid electricity meter has not yet been reset. Failure to reset the meter by 24 November 2024 will result in no electricity purchases allowed on the meter.
