STILBAAI NEWSFLASH - Lilian Kattan (7th Dan), head of the international organisation in Africa, Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate and her son, George Kattan (4th Dan) conducted a Gashuku intensive training seminar on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 April.
The seminar covered all aspects of traditional, as well as sport karate.
