HESSEQUA RUGBY NEWS - Two learners from the school, Kai Pratt and Hendrik de Beer, have been included in the u.12A SWD rugby team.
The newly selected and capped u.12A SWD rugby players were introduced at an official event on Friday night, 21 September, in Oudtshoorn.
The sponsors for the team were so generous that they covered the cost for the team's outfit plus extra. Originally all the parents would have had to contribute about R2 600.
The team did very well this past weekend in Oudtshoorn and they have a big tournament starting on 27 September in Riversdale where they will be playing against teams like Boland and Border.
