PLETTENBERG BAY NEWSFLASH - A R2000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of two suspects who violently attacked a farmer in Plettenberg Bay during the early hours of Sunday morning, 22 October.
The suspects were tracked by authorities to KwaNokuthula where they disappeared.
According to Otto Olivier, operations head of the Plettenberg Bay Crime Prevention Association (PBCPA), authorities received a distress call at about 03:00 from a farmer on Avontuur Road.
“He reported that he was attacked by two suspects with machetes who broke into his house.
"He sustained several wounds in his attempt to defend himself and his property,” Olivier said.
