STILBAAI NEWS -  With the recent Valentines Day celebrations, the school used the event as a Day of Friendship fundraising opportunity. 

The project was run by the student council and Stilbaai Animal Protection was chosen as the beneficiary.

Ruan Cronjé from this school contacted Brian, the president of Stilbaai Animal Protection Board with the news and presented Brian and Felicity Roberts, treasurer of SBAP with R1 000 on 28 February.

As per Felicity: "Those young people need to have the accolade and know that we appreciate their caring". 

According to Brian, the presentation was done very professionally with the children expressing a desire to assist with what the Stilbaai Animal Protection does. 

"We agreed to formulate a programme for them with areas they can get involved in going forward".
