Riversdal is Dinsdagmiddag van 12:00 af omtrent op sy kop gekeer toe die eerste van 60 veteraanmotors deur Heidelbergweg gevleg en by die Ou Tronk stilgehou het. Die Cape 1000 is 'n veteraan toertydren oor vier dae en vyf nagte en toets beide mens en masjien oor die roete van ommenby 1000 myl.
