Die jaarlikse Suid-Kaap Jerseyklub kuddekompetsie is nie sommer net ‘n gewone skoonheidskompetisie onder koeie nie, dit is ‘n soort skoonheid wat sy pluspunte vanuit ‘n ander hoek uit verdien. Hoewel mens sou dink jy moet die koei se mooi oë en pels bewonder, word hoofsaaklik op die agterkant, wat op die uier betrekking het, gefokus.
