Kind verdrink in riooldam
Die dorp van Slangrivier is gister (Woensdagmiddag 18 Oktober) in rou gedompel nadat 'n graad 3-leerder in die munisipale riooldam verdrink het. Gumiel Boezak (9) het blykbaar saam met vier van sy maats kolganse by die riooldam gaan jag toe hy vermoedelik op die damwal gegly en onder die water verdwyn het.
