Die afgelope Desembervakansie het heelwat minder besoekers as vorige jare opgelewer, aldus verskeie winkel- en besigheidseienaars. Die steeds kwynende ekonomie en hoë brandstofprys het beslis sy tol geëis, maar ten spyte daarvan het vakansiegangers hulle steeds gate uit geniet en op die oog af het dit darem voorgekom of winkels en eetplekke deurentyd besig was.
