POLITICAL NEWS - The brains behind the party with a purple cow head for its emblem include former YFM boss Kanthan Pillay, Neo Kuaho, who is in the IT business, and Roman Cabanac, a legal consultant.
Speaking during the launch of the party, Pillay said they were simply a group of capitalists coming together to advance capitalist programmes for the benefit of everyone.
He said currently those representing the people had never started a business in their lives but wanted to tell others how to start a business, alleging some could not even change a tyre.
“Government raises money from the working and the middle class and those in power pay themselves R34 of every R100 raised from the taxpayers.
“What we did with this party was recruit people who could get things done into our cause,” Pillay said.
