According to Constble Lucky Matombe from the Tarlton Police, “At approximately 10.50am, it is alleged that the 39-year-old mother of the twins sent an SMS to her husband informing him that she was going to kill herself and their twins.
“One of her neighbours noticed strange behaviour by the mother and contacted the police. The police responded and on their arrival they found that the twins already passed away and during their preliminary investigations they noticed that the mother started to vomit.”
