HESSEQUA NEWS - Hessequa Municipality requested the assistance of Garden Route District Municipality (GRDM) and for it to deploy aerial resources to battle a blaze in Bitouville.

A wildfire is spreading to a north-westerly direction toward the Reins Nature Reserve.

Aerial resources are currently attempting to stop the head of the wildfire, together with ground resources.

Report fire related incidents to the Garden Route Emergency Centre at 044 805 5071.
