HESSEQUA NEWS - Harold Basson, Director: Technical Services of Hessequa-municipality, has been elevated to a Fellow of the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE).
“This excellent achievement was officially communicated by The South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE),” said Marina Griesel, Director: Corporate Management.
Basson has 33 years’ experience of the functional management of a technical directorate of a municipality, good management skills and knowledge of all applicable legislation.
He was previously employed by the George Municipality for 31 years.
