STILBAAI NUUS - After an in depth and thorough process, a joint decision has been taken by the Hessequa Municipality and Stilbaai Touchies Organisers to cancel the event for this year.
Given the serious nature of the Covid-19 pandemic, it was felt that the risk of potential spread of the virus was far too great.
