Frida is 'n regte fonds. Vir iemand wat sukkel met spanningshoofpyn en ernstige nek- en rug spierspasmas, beveel ek aan dat sy julle onder hande neem. Sy laat jou nie gaan voor sy nie elke laaste knop uitgevryf het nie, en sy het al selfs 'oortyd' gebruik om die probleem uit te sorteer. Sy is uiters bekostigbaar, professioneel, warm, regtig gefokus op bediening, en het 'magic' duime wat nie nonsens vat van hardkoppige spasmas nie. Dankie Frida, jy het 'n wesenlike verskil gemaak aan my knaende kopseer, ek en my stywe spiere sien jou verseker weer.

I opted for the first time an Ashiatsu massage and was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of Frida. She treated my sore muscles resulting in me feeling my old self. Thanks Frida, I love the deep tissue pressure which you provide with Ashiatsu.

I will highly recommend Res-Q massage therapy to any athlete, either recovering from a hard season of racing or addressing those persistent aches and pains, due to an overtrained body. Frida is extremely professional and effective in her treatment and understands clearly what deep-tissue massage means and how to apply it effectively, in a holistic manner.
