Die boodskap wat Hessequa-beskermingsdienste tydens die verwelkomingsprojek wil oordra, is dat lewens belangriker is as nalatigheid of onnodige roekeloosheid. Die hoof van beskermingsdienste, Adneshel Voss noem dat oortredings tydens die feesseisoen baie ernstig opgeneem word en roekelose en nalatige bestuurders sal nie geduld word nie.
