GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - This is a reminder that the Carpe Musicam! Orchestra and choir Easter concert performances are taking place soon.

You have the chance to attend the concert in George on Friday, Mossel Bay on Sunday and Sedgefield on Friday, 12 April.

Carefully selected

Titled Amazing Grace, the concert will offer 15 carefully selected pieces of Passiontide music. From the heart-rending orchestral, Were You There?  to the slightly renaissance-styled Fantasy on Ancient Hymns to the bouncy, Celtic treatment of, Of The Father’s Love Begotten, there will be something to touch the heart of every member of the audience, says Carpe Musicam!'s music arranger and conductor, Norman Carless.

Performance times

The performances take place on Friday, 5 April, at 19:00 at Outeniqua High School, George; on Sunday, 7 April, at 15:30 in the Mossel Bay Town Hall; and on Friday, 12 April, at 19:00 in the DRC/NGK, Sedgefield.
