Opgradering by substasie
Die kritiese ontsluiting van die Stilbaai/Melkhoutfontein-netwerk het Vrydag 27 Mei plaasgevind toe die kontrakteur die 66kV substasie aan Hessequa Munisipaliteit oorhandig het. Dié kusdorp se elektrisiteit tekortkominge is nie onbekend tydens die Desember/Januarie-maande nie. Die opgradering behels die verhoging van die maksimum aangeslote las van 6 500kVA na 9 000kVA om te verseker dat die lasbeheerprobleem opgelos word.
