SWELLENDAM NEWS - The third Chas Everitt Around the Pot - Overberg 100Miler - presented by SEESA, takes place in and around Swellendam on 20 July.
Apart from the name change to include the sponsor, SEESA, the last 5km of the race has also changed to run through the historical town.
The full route takes cyclists through splendid natural scenery and golden canola fields.
At the 100 km mark, they will cross over the hand-drawn ferry at Malgas, before they attempt the last 60 km over the rolling hills of die Rûens, back to town. The race starts and ends at the showgrounds.
