CRICKET NEWS - The Six Gun Grill Garden Route Badgers take on the Eastern Cape Iinyathi in their fourth Cricket South Africa Division 2 One Day Cup fixture on Thursday, 28 September, in East London.
The same group of thirteen that was picked for the washed-out fixture against the Limpopo Impala on Sunday will play in East London.
Monday’s home fixture against Limpopo was abandoned without a ball being bowled after the toss was firstly delayed due to a wet outfield following overnight rain and heavy rainfall that started at about 14:00.
The Badgers, who are the defending champions, are currently second on the log at 7 league points after three matches with one victory, a loss against the log leaders – the Knights and the no result match against Limpopo. The Knights are the log leaders at 9 points after two matches.
The squad of thirteen for the match against the Eastern Cape Iinyathi. is:
