HESSEQUA NEWS - Hessequa roads received their promised upgrade during the 2019/2020 financial year in spite of Covid-19.
According to a press release from Hessequa municipality the budget of R20 million was spent on aspects such as paving and kerbs.
The bulk of the budget was used to pave roads in Slangrivier.
