George Chess Club to host 'historical' tournament

CHESS NEWS - The George Chess Club will be hosting a memorable open tournament on Saturday 3 December, with the prize money the most in the history of clubs in the Western Cape. 

With an amazing first prize of R10 000 in the A-section and R5 000 in the B-section, the prizes remain impressive right through to the D-section. 

The tournament takes place at the Far Hills Hotel, just off the N2 at the start of the Kaaimans pass.
