NATIONAL NEWS - Alan Broderick, who had been missing for two days after going for a cycle in the Knysna forest on Saturday 3 December, has been found by rescuers.
Southern Cape police spokesperson Sergeant Chris Spies confirmed that 58-year-old Broderick was found in the Knysna forest by search and rescue teams this afternoon.
"The search and rescue operation with the deployment of air support led to the discovery of [Alan Broderick] in the forest near the Bitou River at about 16:00 today [5 December]," he said.
"The crew noticed activity in the vicinity and a search in the area led to the discovery."
