Common issues included app problems, login failures, and connection errors.

According to AI Chatbot, Grok on X.com, outages like this are typically caused by: 

• Technical/backend issues such as problems with authentication, servers, or internal network configurations.
• Software/configuration changes - A faulty update or maintenance error that cascades.
• High load or other infrastructure problems - Though less common for routine spikes.

Similar past outages (in 2024 and earlier) were resolved within 1 to 2 hours.
