NATIONAL NEWS - Bloemfontein Celtic striker Lerato Lamola has vowed to fight to clinch the Lesley Manyathela Golden Boot by Saturday afternoon.

“I want this golden boot award,” he said.

“And on Saturday in our last game it will be business as usual as I will be looking to secure it.”

This Saturday Lamola will spearhead his team’s attack when they face bottom of the table side Moroka Swallows in the last game of the season.

Lamola was named the PSL’s Player of the Month for April/May for his goalscoring prowess for Phunya Sele Sele.
