HEIDELBERG NEWS - Siblings Ancha and Aran Adams from the Heidelberg Karate Kyousei dojo did themselves proud at the Karate Kyousei South Africa championships that took place at the Stellenberg High School sports hall, Parow on Saturday 15 June.
Ancha, currently undergoing rehabilitation for a knee injury, won gold in her kumite division, girls 14-15 year old, under 54 kg.
Aran won bronze in his kumite division and is making a steady comeback onto the competitive stage.
The Heidelberg Karate Kyousei dojo is extremely proud of their achievements.
