Stilbaai-grot tot erfenis gebied verklaar
Blombos Grot langs die dorp se kuslyn is een van twee nuwe provinsiale erfenis gebiede. Die besluit is afgekondig in die Provinsiale Staatskoerant van Vrydag, 29 Mei en beteken dat die grot voortaan beter bewaar sal word. Dit bevat waardevolle argeologiese bewyse uit die middelsteentydperk en word gesien as die Cradle of Creativity.
