Die eerste van ‘n beplande 10 drafbyeenkomste het Saterdag 24 Februarie by Kasselshoop net buite dié dorp plaasgevind. 39 Stappers en drawwers tussen die ouderdomme van ses en 70 het die 6 km-roete op die plaas aangepak.
