Hessequa Atlete wys hulle staal
Hoërskole in die streek het Dinsdag 13 Februarie by ‘n atletiekbyeenkoms hulle staal gewys by die Riverville-stadion. Jong atlete het alles in die stryd gewerp vir ‘n plek in die groep wat Saterdag op Oudtshoorn deelgeneem het. Die o.17-verspringatleet, Devandré Albertyn van Gerrit du Plessis Senior Sekondêre skool het die aandag getrek wat die rekord van 6.00m na 6.21m, en net daarna weer met 6.22m verbeter het.
